Shipping Policy

"Shipping from China is Cheaper and Faster Than You Think!"

You don't need to be an expert to start importing from China.

Simply use our website checkout to preview the shipping cost for your specific product - rates depend on quantity, weight, and destination.

After you complete your order payment, we will ship to you: In most cases, we have stock in US warehouses with a processing time of 1-2 business days. Sometimes, when our US warehouses are out of stock, we need to produce the goods in our own factory in China, which takes 5-10 business days for processing. In such cases, the processing time will be longer.

You will receive your goods, professionally and securely packaged, right at your doorstep.

How soon will I receive my product?

The total time from your payment until you (or your client) receive the goods is typically 4-8 working days.

Order processing, warehouse picking and packing, and shipping: Orders under 50 items require 1-3 working days.

Current delivery times by courier:

  • DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT: 4-7 days delivery.

  • EMS: 5-10 days delivery.

  • Airmail: 3-10 days delivery.

How are the goods shipped from China to me?

We will ship your goods to you via air express courier.

Courier selection varies by country, but most countries currently have the option of some or all of the following: DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

EMS and TNT are also available in certain countries/regions.

Small orders can also be sent via Airmail at a very cheap rate. If your item is not too heavy, this option will automatically appear on the checkout page.

Using your own courier: For bulk orders, we can also arrange for goods to be placed at our warehouse for collection by your own freight forwarder, or we can offer favorable shipping rates for bulk air or sea freight.

Receiving Your Parcel

We guarantee your order will be delivered successfully.

The courier requires a recipient signature for delivery, which is a fast and secure way to receive products.

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid contact phone number for delivery. If you are dropshipping, you need to provide your customer's phone number.

Air Express Process

After goods are dispatched from the Honkaytherapy warehouse in Guangzhou, China, they are transported to Hong Kong or Guangzhou airport, then sent to the major logistics hub nearest to you. From there, the goods are delivered by the local courier company.

Import/Customs:

Customs clearance documentation and procedures are handled by the courier company. In some cases, they may need to contact you to confirm shipment details. Should any situation require additional customs documentation, Honkaytherapy will provide full assistance. Any local sales taxes or import duties are calculated when your goods enter your country/region: Most of the time, no payment is required, but if payment is necessary, you will simply receive a small additional fee invoice when you receive the product.

How much is the shipping?

All our shipping is free. Costs are calculated based on the actual kilogram weight or the volumetric dimensions of the goods, and the delivery destination.

All orders must be paid in full upfront, including the shipping cost.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we will liaise directly with the courier for information and arrange for a refund or reshipment at no extra cost to you.

Global Shipping & Legality

We provide shipping services worldwide, covering almost all regions of the globe.

Please note that you are responsible for ascertaining the legality of importing the items you order into your country/region - and the policies governing the importation of goods into your country/region. We are not responsible for items confiscated by local authorities or any associated costs incurred.

Customs clearance is handled by the courier company in the destination country (and sometimes in transit countries). You must be available for the courier company to contact if they have any questions or need to confirm clearance details. You are responsible for understanding the regulations in the destination country/region before placing your order.

Note

In most countries/regions, importing is straightforward! You might need to pay your country's VAT (i.e., sales tax) upon the item's arrival, and sometimes a variable import duty. However, in the vast majority of cases, parcels/boxes sent by express courier from China arrive without any issues!

Please read product descriptions carefully! We ship what you order. While we manually check all orders to screen for potential regional/compatibility issues, we do not accept returns of health products due to ordering errors.

Delivery Times: If delays occur due to warehouse stock shortages, we will contact you via email to discuss options like split shipments, product replacements, or other solutions. Large orders exceeding our regular stock levels may require an additional week for shipping as we ship directly from the factory. In such cases, we will contact you regarding any delays. In some instances, such as your first attempt to ship a product to a different address, we may need to verify with you before processing your order, which could extend the processing time by 1-3 days.
